Welcome to Eden Photography & Photo Gifts. By booking any services or purchasing custom photo gifts from our Chennai / All Over Tamil nadu studio, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of a 25% non-refundable advance payment along with a signed service agreement or confirmation via electronic communication. Verbal discussions or slot requests without advance payment do not constitute a booking confirmation.
The standard payment schedule is structured as follows: a 25% non-refundable advance payment to confirm the booking, 50% due before the event, and the remaining 25% due on delivery of the final media assets. We accept UPI payments, bank transfers, and cash.
If the client cancels a booked shoot, the 25% booking advance is forfeited (as a 25% cancellation fee). Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the scheduled shoot date, subject to slot availability and a potential rescheduling fee.
Eden Photography retains all copyright in the photographs and video footage captured. We grant the client a personal, non-commercial license to print, share, and display the final edited images. The studio reserves the right to use the photos in our online portfolio, social media feeds, and advertising unless otherwise agreed upon in writing beforehand.
We commit to delivering high-resolution edited photos within 3 to 7 days, video files in 3 to 4 weeks, and physical photobooks/albums within 4 to 7 weeks from the date of final photo selection. Links to digital assets are hosted on our secure cloud server for 45 days. We are not responsible for storing or archiving digital assets after this period.
Custom gifts, photobooks, and framing selections are made-to-order based on client specifications. Once production begins, changes cannot be accommodated, and orders are non-refundable. Please double-check all preview drafts and spellings before final approval.
