If not, will they perform a site visit in advance? Knowing the venue layout, the locations of electrical outlets, and lighting conditions ensures they work efficiently on the day.
3. Can we see a full gallery from a recent wedding?
Do not just judge photographers by the highlights on their Instagram feed. Reviewing a full gallery (from preparation to dance floor) reveals how they handle difficult lighting and maintain consistency.
4. What is your plan for equipment backup?
A professional photographer should bring multiple camera bodies, lenses, and flash units to every event. If a camera malfunctions mid-vow, they must have a backup ready immediately.
